Terms and Conditions
§ 1 Scope
These Terms and Conditions apply to the use of the software "UnbanHeroAI" (hereinafter "Service"), provided by UnbanHeroAI (hereinafter "Provider"). The service is intended for both consumers and businesses.
§ 2 Service Description
The Provider offers an online application that uses artificial intelligence to generate appeal letter drafts for YouTube channel bans. Important: The Provider does not provide legal advice. Generated texts are AI-based suggestions. No guarantee is made that these texts will result in channel reinstatement.
§ 3 Contract and Payment
The contract is formed by selecting a plan and completing the payment. This is a one-time payment. No subscription is created. Prices include applicable VAT.
§ 4 Delivery and Right of Withdrawal
As this involves the delivery of digital content, the right of withdrawal expires as soon as the user has consented to immediate performance and acknowledged the loss of withdrawal rights.
§ 5 Liability
The Provider is fully liable for intent and gross negligence. For slight negligence, the Provider is only liable for breaches of essential contractual obligations. No liability is assumed for unsuccessful appeals with YouTube.
§ 6 Final Provisions
German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Berlin, to the extent permitted by law.
